The Art Gallery of South Australia is one of the better city based wedding venues on offer in and around Adelaide. Situated just off North Terrace I think it's a great fusion of the old and new, nestled amongst the many historic 'older' buildings of the city. The venue can hold about 120 guests nicely and the food and wine has always been top notch in my experience. In terms of city based wedding venues it's right up there, I think. Worth a look for sure. Close to plenty of accommodation...

They may have already celebrated their 1st Wedding Anniversary, but it's not going to stop me from sharing Jess and Arv's Carrick Hill Wedding day. The whole day was just unreal, great vibes and familiar faces everywhere. The bees were buzzing, birds were singing and the beer and bubbles were chilled to perfection. I also LOVE when weddings sometimes bring together two very different cultures and each culture is thoroughly embraced by the other. Warm fuzzies were everywhere. Jess was rockin' it in her Paulo Sebastian dress, Arv was giving Daniel Craig a run...

Recently we were invited to spend a weekend at Chateau Yaldara Weddings discovering how it might differ from other Barossa Valley Wedding Venues. Our take on this revamped slice of Barossa Valley history is what follows. In my 10 years photographing weddings in the Barossa Valley I had never heard of Chateau Yaldara. This little gem had slipped under the radar, how could that be ? Untouched for decades it was recently purchased by some fellas who like their wine so much they thought they'd just buy a whole estate. They've investing millions to...

To follow is the Wedding Truthfilm of Erin and Rob's Waverley Estate Wedding, captured by our cinematographer Solomon. We think he's pretty damn talented, he has great passion and we love what he's creating for us. It's great to work alongside him on the day and I'm getting a real buzz from getting involved in the final production phase of the films. We will be blogging the still photographs from Erin and Rob's wedding in the next few weeks, but for now sit back and we hope you enjoy the journey of their...

Dancing, Wine, Laughter, Adelaide, Sunshine, Coffee, Family, Friends, Hugs, Tears, Night Skies, homemade Polish Vodka. All these things and many more helped to shape the day that became Ellie and Adam's Wedding day. I first really met Ellie and Adam when Adam was a groomsman in his mate Ross's wedding. I'm sure I'd met them previously at one or two other weddings I've photographed for mates of theirs, but we spent a little more time together at Alice and Ross's wedding and our love grew from there :p It's humbling to be...

It's no secret that I've always been drawn to wedding photography that showcases the hills and valleys of this amazing state of South Australia. So when Claire and Adam contacted me about capturing their Second Valley Wedding I said hell yes. I did warn them they'd need to bring hiking shoes before they signed on the dotted line, just in case they didn't fancy working up a sweat anywhere else besides the dance floor. Thankfully they were up for it but told me not to be soft and to leave my hiking...
