Arrived close to my destination on Friday, meeting with Alecia and Alasdair in a lovely little fishing village on the shores of Lake Trasimeno called Passignano (Passignano sul Trasimeno). Winding little cobbled lanes, paths and staircases zig zag their was from the main street up the hillside to the castle tower.

Ask me 2 years ago what I'd be doing in 2 years time and I would not have considered it might be working in Italy shooting my first real 'destination wedding' - It's something I have dreamed about and now the time has come.  Over the next 4 or 5 days I will be posting a bit of a journal of things as they unfold. We arrived this afternoon and the last few hours have been spent poolside, soaking up some sun and having a cold beer or two. This is the view...

Kerry and James were a super relaxed couple and opted to have a ‘first look’ and bridal photos before their ceremony to make the most of the available light and so they could kick on straight from their ceremony into their reception. Windy Point made for a superb backdrop for the day.
