Built in 1856 the French provincial estate accommodates up to 22 guests and features a traditional lawn tennis court, a beautiful central courtyard space with fire pit and a large solar heated swimming pool. Surrounded by country coastal gardens and a wash with hidden delights and photo opportunities including hundred-year-old Moreton Bay Fig Trees it’s hard to think of many other properties that even begin to compare with Waverley Estate.

Whether you yearn for boho Byron Bay feels, an elegant stately wedding or a relaxed coastal celebration, Waverley is a stylist’s dream with so much to work with. The lawned tennis courts adjacent to the turquoise blue pool lend themselves perfectly to an outdoor reception under the stars or a beautifully styled clear marquee. Ceremonies can be accommodated within the gardens on property or as many choose to do, within the nearby Soldiers Memorial Gardens at the iconic Horseshoe Bay.

Venue hire includes two nights accommodation for up to 22 guests meaning you’ve also go the recovery party venue sorted and plenty of time to soak in the experience.
