Arrived. Bondi.Yeeha. The fresh taste of  a different place, the excitement of what's new for the young, Bondi Beach is where we will be, having good times in the sun. Very happy to be here in Bondi for the wedding of Becky and Mark on Saturday, with the family I am so lucky to be a part of, here by my side. I love travelling with my work but to do it with those dearest to me makes it even more satisfying. 2013-09-04-002

I recently hopped on a plane with my wife Carrie and we headed north for Jana and Tom's Engagement Shoot in Darwin. It was the first time Carrie and I had left both of the kids at home overnight (thanks nan and pops) and it was bloody lovely (sorry kids, but we didn't miss you too much) It was a bit of a whirlwind trip, but really nice to escape the cold wet days we were experiencing back in Adelaide. Awesome to have Carrie come behind the scenes with me too, she doesn't often get the opportunity to see me at work. I'd like to do it more. So anyone out there who knows anyone who needs some Darwin wedding photography, give us a call, we'd love to work here more.

I've been planning to revisit Alecia and Alasdair's wedding photographs for days now and a g'day email from Alecia this evening got me thinking about some of the ridiculously amazingly beautiful places I visited. On the Friday of the week long wedding festivities, a whole bunch of us headed up to the hillside town of Cortona, about 30 minutes drive from the Villa, and just across the border into Tuscany.

Arrived close to my destination on Friday, meeting with Alecia and Alasdair in a lovely little fishing village on the shores of Lake Trasimeno called Passignano (Passignano sul Trasimeno). Winding little cobbled lanes, paths and staircases zig zag their was from the main street up the hillside to the castle tower.
