Dancing, wine, laughter, sunshine, coffee, family, friends, hugs, tears, night skies, homemade Polish vodka. All these things and many more helped to shape Ellie and Adam’s Wedding day. I first met Ellie and Adam years ago, when Adam was a groomsman in his mate Ross’s wedding. I’m sure I’d met them previously at one or two other weddings I’ve photographed for mates of theirs, but we spent a little more time together at Alice and Ross’s wedding and our love grew from there :p
It’s humbling to be made to feel so welcome and that my role on the wedding day is so often one of a mate, as well as a wedding photographer.
It was also extra cool for me to shoot their wedding, as they married in the same spot as I married Carrie almost 11 years earlier in the Adelaide Botanic Gardens.
Their wedding reception was held in a clear roofed marquee on the tennis court of Adam’s parents home in the foot hills of Adelaide. At the end of the post you’ll find a list of the other great suppliers involved in helping make their day possible.
Enjoy.
