The highlights of a culinary matinée captured by me, presented and styled by Mary Bills of A+Muse Creative Agency.
Poona Ghazizadeh, of Adelaide-based artisan catering company, Lekker EnZo, hosted an afternoon reveal of some of her specialty dishes for guest of honour Danièle Forte-Binggeli, proprietor of the new European inspired delicatessen East End Providore, now open in Adelaide’s epicenter of hip, Ebenezer Place.
Guests were treated to a bounty of warming and flavoursome dishes including Spiced Pumpkin & Pepita Soup, Poached Chicken & Enoki Conchiglioni with Pistachio Pesto, Garlic Pumpkin Gnocchi with Bulgarian Sheep Feta, as well as Aubergine Caviar. A selection of Lekker EnZo’s signature crème de noix were also devoured, the favourites including Dark Chocolate & Cashew, Almond, Brasil Nut and Pumpkin Seed. The East End Providore is now open and the Lekker EnZo pastes were officially launched and stocked on the shelves from mid August.
