We have spaces available here in our shared office space. We are relaxed and easy going. You will be sharing the front space with it’s natural light and passers-by with 1 other small business owner. The space layout is flexible, would best suit a small business owner / sole trader who needs to escape the house for productive work time, or maybe a sales rep who needs a base to come and go from or an individual who works remotely part-time or full-time. Includes a small meeting area in the shared space, kitchen facilities, storage space and the flexibility to come and go as you please!

Weekly rent includes most expenses – HD monitor, desk & chair, outgoings (rates, internet, power, building insurances etc) air conditioned, private rear courtyard for breaks and great cafes nearby. Available now for medium to long term sub-lease.

$600 per month plus GST. No bond.
